Position for PSC Design

 

 

 

This feature enables the user to select the ends of selected elements to be checked for moment and (or) shear, for PSC Design. In case no element is selected then moment and (or) shear is checked for all elements at the specified ends.

 

 

 

From the Main Menu select PSC > PSC Design Data > Design/Output Position > Design Position.

 

 

 

Click to the right of Position for PSC Design Option to view the Position for PSC Design Table.

  Option

Add/Replace: Add/Replace the design option to the selected element for design

Delete: Delete the design option defined previously for the selected element

Moment:

None: Do not check moment.

I: Check moment only at i-end

J:Check moment only at j-end

I & J:Check moment at both ends

 Shear:

None: Do not check shear.

I: Check shear only at i-end

J:Check shear only at j-end

I & J:Check shear at both ends
