Pressure Loads Table

Enter or modify Pressure Loads to the edges or faces of plate, plane stress, plane strain, axisymmetric or solid elements in a spreadsheet format table.

From the Main Menu select Load > Load Tables > Static Load > Pressure Loads.

Refer to "Pressure Loads"

Refer to Usage of Table Tool and enter or modify the following data:

Element: Element (number) on which a pressure load exerts

LoadCase: Load case name associated with the pressure load

CmdType: Pressure load type (automatic entry)

Load Type: Type distinguishes the locations of load application, pressure on plane or edges.

Edge/Face: Face or edge number (s) on which the pressure load exerts

Direction: Direction of the pressure load

Vector: (x, y, z) coordinates defining the loading direction vector from the origin for loads applied to solid elements

Projection: Select whether or not the pressure load is to be projected

PU: Magnitude of the uniformly distributed pressure load

P1 ~ P4: Magnitudes of the pressure load at the connection nodes N1~N4 when specifying a linearly varying pressure load

EPU: Uniform distributed load value in the edge load

EP1, EP2: Lineary distributed load value in the case of edge Load

Group: Name of Load Group
