Effective Length Factor (K) Table

Display the effective buckling length factors arranged in a table in the order of element numbers.

Modify/Delete or Add New while reviewing the entered data.

From the Main Menu select Design > Common Parameter > General Design Tables > Effective Length Factor (K).

When the table shown is displayed, the user may select relevant items to Modify/Delete, or Add New data.

Elem: Element number

Ky: Effective buckling length factor for buckling about strong axis

Kz: Effective buckling length factor for buckling about weak axis
