Assign Pushover Hinge Properties

Assign/replace the hinge properties defined in Define Hinge Properties to all the members.

From the Main Menu select Design > Pushover Analysis > Assign Hinge Properties.

Option

Add/Replace: Add new or replace existing hinge information pertaining to the selected elements.

Delete: Delete existing hinge information pertaining to the selected elements.

Pushover Hinge Data Type

Select the hinge type to assign to the selected elements. The hinge types defined in Define Hinge Data Type are listed. Click the button to the right to invoke the Define Pushover Hinge Data dialog box to add, modify or delete hinge types.

Hinge Type

The selected hinge property type is denoted.

Generated hinge properties can be assigned to the elements by Drag & Drop.
