Story Shear (Time History Analysis)

 

 

 

Check story shear resulting from the time history analysis in a spreadsheet format table.

 

This function has no relation to Results > Result Tables > Story > Define Module.

From the Main Menu select Results > Result Tables > Story > Story Shear(Time History Analysis).

 

Select Result Tables > Story > Story Shear(Time History Analysis) in the Tables tab of the Tree Menu.

 

 

 

 

Select time history load cases required for checking story shear from the Active Dialog.

Story: Story ID

 

Level: Story Elevation

 

Spectrum: Time history load case

 

Shear Force: Story shear force

 

Max-X: Maximum story shear force in the GCS X - direction

 

Max-Y: Maximum story shear force in the GCS Y - direction

 

Min-X: Minimum story shear force in the GCS X - direction

 

Min-Y: Minimum story shear force in the GCS Y - direction

 

Time: Time of occurrence

 

Max-X: Time at which the maximum story shear in the X-direction occurs

 

Max-Y: Time at which the maximum story shear in the Y-direction occurs

 

Min-X: Time at which the minimum story shear in the X-direction occurs
