Design Criteria for Rebar by Members

 

 

 

Display the sectional data for RC members arranged in a table by member types

 

Modify/Delete existing or Add New data while reviewing the entered data.

 

 

 

From the Main Menu select  Design > Design > RC Design > Concrete Design Tables > Design Criteria for Rebar by Members

 

 

 

 

 

When the table shown below is displayed, the user may select relevant items to Modify/Delete, or Add New data.

 

 

Beam Rebar Data

 

 

Element: Element number

 

Main Rebar: Standard size for main rebars

 

Stirrups: Standard size for stirrup bars

 

Arrangement: Number of shear reinforcing legs

 

Side Bar: Standard size for side bars

 

dT: Distance between the center of the top main rebars in the upper layer and the top surface of the section

 

dB: Distance between the center of the bottom main rebars in the lower layer and the bottom surface of the section

 

Option of Sliced Bars: A splicing option for the main rebars in the automatic design.

 

The default automatic design selects 50% (50%-spliced).

 

=None: Number of main rebars calculated without considering splicing

 

=50%: Number of main rebars calculated considering 50%-splicing

 

=100%: Number of main rebars calculated considering 50%-splicing
