Settlement Calculation Position

Specify the positions at which Consolidation Analysis results will be checked.

Applicable Modules:

From the Main Menu, select 1D Consolidation > Boundaries > Settlement Calculation Position

From the Command Line, type 'DefineCalculationPositions' or 'DCP'

Position

Starting from a specific position, specify the calculation positions at equal spacing.   

Start Position

Start position in X coordinate.

Distance Increment

Spacing of calculation positions (+: → direction from the start position, -: ← direction from the start position)

No. of Calculation Positions

Number of positions to be generated for settlement calculations.

Create Calculation Positions

Lists the calculation positions which are automatically generated. Positions can be user-defined if unequal spacing is considered.

Calculation

Select or unselect the positions for calculating the settlement. No Analysis results will be provided if unselected.

The selected calculation positions will be initialized.  

Click to register the calculation positions and close the dialog box.

Click the ESC key to close the dialog box.
