Construction Stage DataName Name of the Construction Stage data. Analysis Type Load Step Check on the Load Step when loading needs to be applied in a number of steps. No. of Steps Save Step Last Step If Last Step is selected, only the last load step results can be used in the Post-processing. All Steps If All Steps is selected results for all the load steps can be used in the Post-processing. Water Level Enter the ground water level in the global coordinate system pertaining to the current Construction Stage. Also, the function defined in Loads and Boundaries may be selected. Load Distribution Check on the option and click the button. Subsequent Stage From the current stage being 0, enter the subsequent stage numbers in which the Distribution Factors will be applied. Distribution Factor Enter the Distribution Factors to be applied at each stage. For example, if the Distribution Factors for the current stage is 0.4 and the factors for the subsequent 2 stages are 0.3 each, then the Subsequent Stage are 0, 1 and 2, which correspond to the factors 0.4, 0.3 and 0.3 respectively. Total Total displays the sum of the distribution factors. The Total needs to be 1. After entering the values, press the Enter Key to complete the input. Initialize Displacement From the analysis results of the current Construction Stage, only the stress results are used without using the displacement results. This is used for calculating the initial stress in the original ground condition. Undrained Condition Check on to consider Undrained Analysis in the current Construction Stage in which case, the undrained properties of the material need to be specified.
