功能说明

5.2.8.5.1  一般规定

1.  设计矩形钢管混凝土结构时,荷载组合、荷载标准值、荷载分项系数、荷载组合值系数等除特殊规定外,应按现行国家标准《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009的规定采用;在抗震设防区还应符合现行国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011的规定。

2.  矩形钢管混凝土受压构件中混凝土的工作承担系数αc应控制在0.1~0.7之间。

    f、fc —— 钢材、混凝土的抗压强度设计值;

As、Ac —— 钢管、管内混凝土的截面面积。

 

3.  矩形钢管混凝土构件钢管管壁板件的宽厚比b/t、h/t,应不大于表5.2.8规定。

4.   矩形钢管混凝土构件的刚度,可按下列规定取值:

轴向刚度

        Is —— 钢管截面在所计算方向对其形心轴的惯性矩;

       Ic —— 管内混凝土截面在所计算方向对其形心轴的惯性矩;

Es、E c—— 钢材、混凝土的弹性模量。

 

5.2.8.5.2  轴心受力构件的计算

1.  矩形钢管混凝土轴心受压构件的承载力应满足下式的要求:

   N —— 轴心压力设计值;

Nu —— 轴心受压时截面受压承载力设计值;

   γ —— 系数,无地震作用组合时,γ=γ0;有地震作用组合时,γ=γRE。

 

当钢管截面有削弱时,其净截面承载力应满足下式的要求:

 Asn —— 钢管的净截面面积。

 

2.  轴心受压构件的稳定性应满足下式的要求:

3.  轴心受压构件的相对长细比应按下式计算:

4.  矩形钢管混凝土轴心受拉构件的承载力应满足下式要求:

5.2.8.5.3  压弯、拉弯构件的计算

1.  弯矩作用在一个主平面内的矩形钢管混凝土压弯构件,其承载力应满足下式:

    N —— 轴心压力设计值;

    M —— 弯矩设计值;

    αc —— 混凝土工作承担系数;

 Mun —— 只有弯矩作用时净截面的受弯承载力设计值;

      f —— 钢材抗弯强度设计值;

b、h —— 分别为矩形钢管截面平行、垂直于弯曲轴的边长;

      t —— 钢管壁厚;

    dn —— 管内混凝土受压区高度。

 

2.  弯矩作用在一个主平面内(绕X轴)和矩形钢管混凝土压弯构件,其弯矩作用平面内的稳定性满足下式的要求:

φx、φy —— 分别为弯矩作用平面内、弯矩作用平面外的轴心受压稳定系数;

    NEx—— 欧拉临界力;

    Mux—— 只有弯矩Mx作用时截面的受弯承载力设计值;

         β —— 等效弯矩系数。

 

3.  等效弯矩系数应根据稳定性的计算方向按下式规定采用

(1)在计算方向内有侧移的框架柱和悬臂构件,β=1.0

(2)在计算方向内无侧移的框架柱和两端支承的构件:

① 无横向荷载作用时,β=0.65+0.35M2/M1,M1和M2为端弯矩,使构件产生相同曲率时取同号,使构件产生反向曲率时取异号,|M1|≥|M2|;

② 有端弯矩和横向荷载作用时:

使构件产生同向曲率时,β=1.0

使构件产生反向曲率时,β=0.85

③ 无端弯矩但有横向荷载作用时,β=1.0

 

4.  弯矩作用在一个主面内的矩形钢管混凝土拉弯构件,其承载力应满足下式的要求:

5.  弯矩作用在两个主面内的双轴压弯矩形钢管混凝土构件,其承载力应满足下式的要求:

        Mx、My —— 分别为绕x轴和y轴作用的弯矩设计值;

  Munx、Muny —— 分别为绕x轴和y轴的净截面受弯承载力设计值。

 

6.  双轴压弯矩形钢管混凝土构件

绕主轴x轴的稳定性,应满足下式的要求:

   φx、φy—— 分别为绕主轴x轴、绕主轴y轴的轴心受压稳定系数;

    βx、βy —— 分别为在计算稳定的方向对Mx、My的弯矩等效系数;

Mux、Muy —— 分别为绕x、y轴的受弯承载力设计值。

 

7.  弯矩作用在两个主平面内双轴拉弯矩形钢管混凝土构件,其承载力应满足下式的要求:

5.2.8.5.4   框架柱的设计要求

1.  矩形钢管混凝土框架柱的计算长度应按现行国家标准《钢结构设计规范》GB50017的规定采用。

2.  当矩形钢管混凝土构件用作抗震设防区的多层和高层框架结构柱时,矩形钢管混凝土柱的混凝土工作承担系数αc宜符合下式的要求:
