Dimension

 

 

 

Define dimension by importing the layers from AutoCAD DXF file.

 

 

 

From the Main Menu select Structure > UCS/Plan > Dimension.

 

 

00-Check.jpg Dimension Name

 

Name of the dimension to be displayed

 

00-Check.jpg DXF File Name

 

Select the AutoCAD DXF file.

 

All Layers: All the layers in the selected AutoCAD DXF are displayed.

 

Selected Layers: Select the layers corresponding to the dimension.  

 

00-Check.jpg Scale and Origin

 

Scale Factor: Dimension scale factor

 

Origin Point: Reference point

 

00-Check.jpg Rotation Angle

 

Rx: Rotational angle about Global X-axis

 

Ry: Rotational angle about Global Y-axis

 

Rz: Rotational angle about Global Z-axis

 

Note 1
MText is not supported when importing DXF file. MText must be changed to Text format.
