This is the model which
is extended to a 3D-model based on the 1D-creep theory.
In case that time-dependent behaviors is critical, this
model is applicable to estimate the creep from FE analysis.
The stress dependent stiffness parameters can be estimated
from compression and recompression index as in Modified Cam Clay
model. Unlike MCC model, the user can consider secondary
consolidation.
