Modifier Feature: Shell

Function

Remove selected faces of a solid and its inside, which results in a solid made up of a shell of a uniform thickness.

Call

Geometry > Modifier Feature > Shell

<Shell>

Select Sub-Face(s) to Remove

Select Faces to be removed from the solid.
 

Shell Thickness

Specify a Shell thickness of the solid. A negative value represents a Shell thickness inward from the Solid, and a positive value represents a Shell thickness outward from the Solid.

Round Extended Bound

This option rounds off the new Edges generated in the Shelling operation.
