Function

Check mesh verifies mesh integrity.

Call

 Mesh > Check Mesh

Free Edges(Red)

Red highlights indicate an edge used by only one boundary face.  A mesh containing free edges is non-manifold.

Manifold Edges(Green)

Green highlights indicate manifold edges that are shared by only two boundary faces.
 

Non-manifold Edges(Blue)

Blue highlights indicate non-manifold edges.
 

Feature Edges(Yellow)

Yellow highlights indicate manifold edges that cannot be merged..
 

Free Faces(Orange)

Orange highlights indicate faces containing free edges.

Clamped Element(Purple)

Purple highlights indicate elements that have all nodes along the free edges i.e. boundary edges.  Refer to "Avoid Tetra with All Boundary Nodes."

Notes

1. Hide all mesh sets after calling the Check Mesh function to view the highlights clearly.

2. Regardless of Show/Hide status of the current Mesh Sets, Check Mesh displays the result of all existing mesh.
