Display Output Coordinate System (Plate)

Function

Displays projected X-Y user coordinate system (UCS) on plate elements.  This option is not available for gauging plates.

Call

 Model> Element > Display Output Coordinate System (Plate)

1) The output coordinate system  for plate elements defines a X-axis by projecting the user-defined X-axis in the plane of the element.

2) Plate elements where an user-defined X-axis is in the direction normal to the element will prompt a warning message  in the Output window.

3) Selecting this options displays  analysis results of the generated plate elements with respect to the established coordinate system.
