Time Increment, Steps and Iteration

Time Increment

Enter the time increment used in the Analysis.

Number of Load Steps

Divide the total load into a number of Load Steps and apply the loads at each step.
Maximum Number of Iterations/Load Step

Maximum number of iterations of analysis per Load Step.

Convergence Criteria

Specify the basis on which to assess the convergence. If multiple criteria are chosen, then all of them must be satisfied to establish the convergence.

Energy Norm

Assess the convergence on the basis of Energy (Member force x displacement) Norm.
Displacement Norm

Assess the convergence on the basis of Displacement Norm.
Force Norm

Assess the convergence on the basis of Member Force Norm.

User Defined Time Step

Click to manually define time steps  used in the analysis.

<Consolidation Analysis Control-Time Step>

Time steps will be generated uniformly using specified Duration and Step Number.

Duration

Enter the total duration of analysis.

Step Number

Enter the number of steps to be defined.

Save Step

This option saves all the time steps in the result file.

Click button to generate time steps defined in either Auto or User.
