Concurrent Joint Force Group

Define the nodal group to calculate the concurrent joint forces due to moving load cases.

Generally, the element forces provided by the moving load case are the Max/Min value of each component. However, for the nodes included in the groups selected in this function the concurrent end forces of the elements connected at a joint are calculated. The results are displayed as a table in Result>Result Table>Concurrent (Max/Min) Joint Force.

From the Main Menu select Load > Moving Load > Concurrent Joint Force Group

Select the group to calculate concurrent joint forces from the predefined Structure Group and click on tab to assign the selected group.

For deleting the entire selected group, click on the 'Remove Concurrent Joint Force Group' button.
