Cause

This warning indicates that not all the eigenvalues requested to be calculated have been completed.

Remedy

Since there may not exist as many eigenvalues as requested in the calculation range, specify the range of eigenvalue calculation, rather than defining the number of eigenvalues.  Checking on the "Sturm Sequence Check" option to check for missing eigenvalues may be also helpful.
